There you have it, you can shrink your body without having to work at it, but if you want to get healthy in the process, It Works has the tools to get you there! Keep in mind, if you eat junk you will replace all the stuff you just took out and your results won't last as long. If you make good food choices (try to eat fresh organic food without preservatives) and exercise, your results will last much, much longer!
What if it doesn't work?
Next order of business, what if it doesn't work? Well, there are a number of reasons why it may not work. Please do not get discouraged! Just pay attention and all will be reviled!
What can hinder your results:
~Smoking & Alcohol: Obviously FULL of toxins and can really affect your results. Especially those who smoke may need to use the recommended four wraps before seeing results.
~Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions can also affect your results. So be aware, and talk to your doctor!
~Medications: Certain medications can also make it difficult to get results. With blood pressure medications being one of the most common. You many need to use more then one wrap before you see results.
~Soaps with lanolin: Soaps with lanolin are known to clog pores making the wrap unable to absorb into your body. Stay away from these kinds of soaps and lotions while wrapping. Dove soap, for example, is a popular one full of lanolin.
~Birth control: Certain hormone birth controls or IUD's can sometimes affect wrapping (this happened to me). You may need to use more than one wrap to get results. Again this wrap works 98% of the time!
~
Menstrual cycle: Women on their period may have minimal results. When using the wrap, try NOT to use it near or during your period.
~Stay away from certain foods: Limit fatty foods, caffeine, and sugar. The wrap is trying to detox your body, adding toxins while you're trying to get rid of them can hinder your results.
~Aspartame: Aspartame can affect you while wrapping. So stay clear of diet soda's and pretty much anything claiming to be sugar free as they most likely use aspartame. This includes sugarless gum!
~Salty Foods: Try to stay away from salty foods.
~ No Shower: Do not shower immediately after removing the wrap, give it a few hours to make sure it is properly absorbed.
Those are most of the things that can hinder your results, with the main reason being
clogged pores and medications.
Here's a list of things to do to get the BEST results:
~Exercises: Getting some exercise (it doesn't have to be much, just a walk will do) helps to get your blood moving and it stimulates your lymphatic system.
~Take a hot shower first: Make sure skin is clean and pours are open. Remember, no
soaps with lanolin (such as Dove), no lotions or perfumes on your skin before you wrap.
~Wipe the area with alcohol or hazel: Rubbing alcohol and witch hazel will also help open up your pores (Tip: Use a pantie liner rather than a cotton swab...goes quicker).
~Body brush: You can also use a body brush to help open up your pores.
~Take before & after pictures: You do NOT have to share your pictures (although I would love it if you did), but taking a picture helps YOU see how your body has changed!
~Use a sharpie: Mark where you measured for more accurate results. A pen mark will be gone when you remove the applicator. (Mark above and below the measuring tape for the most accurate results.) Measure your waist, belly button and lower abdomen, this will help make sure you're being accurate. Take a breath and let it out each of the three times you measure (if wrapping your stomach). Add those inch loss results together to come up with your total loss amount.
~Use proper wrapping material: Use saran wrap, ace bandage or tight clothing (biker shorts) to secure applicator, making sure it is snug enough so the wrap doesn't slide off, but
not tight enough to make you start sweating (see video at the end of this post).
~No sweating: While working out is great BEFORE you wrap, you should avoid anything that will make you sweat WHILE you are wrapping.
~Wear for 45 minutes: Wear the wrap for at least 45 minutes. It is also safe to wear for up to 8 hours (I actually read someone wore it for 12 hours). Although there is no proof wearing it for longer will get you better results. Our human minds just feel better about about wearing it for longer. I wore mine for 8 hours.
~Rub it in: After removing the wrap, rub in any excess lotion. We want our bodies to use every drop!
~Measure everyday: Measure every 24, 48 and 72 hours! Drink your water and think slim!
~Only use one wrap every 72 hours: Anything more is a waste, the wrap will continue to work for 72 hours!
~Drink water: HYDRATE!!! HYDRATE!!! HYDRATE!!! Your body cannot move those toxins out of your body if you don't pee! You should be drinking half your weight in ounces while you're wrapping, (or everyday for that matter as it is very good for your body!) and 2-3 bottles of that should be within the first hour! Water is desperately needed in flushing out the toxins from your body and you should DRINK! Continue to drink as much water as you can for the next 3 days. The more you drink, the more you shrink!
The wrap has a 98% success rate, giving you measurable results in only 45 minutes! Look for toning and tightening of your skin! Sometimes rusults are dramatic with just one application, but for many it may take a series of wraps. If you fail to see results and have avoided/done all of the above, PLEASE let me know!! I want you to be satisfied and I will stop at NOTHING to get you results! Every
body is different! Although this wrap can be deemed magical by many, we ALL have different body types, and what works for some, may not work for others. Now let me touch on bloating for just a moment. There are a select few who may experience bloating after wrapping. DO NOT BE ALARMED OR DISAPPOINTED! This
effect is called "toxic bloat" and is caused by your body's reaction to the increase in "floating" toxins. Often it is these people that end up with the BEST results at the end of their 72 hours. ~How does the Ultimate Applicator work?
Ultimate Applicator works by detoxifying, tightening, toning and firming. Daily, toxins are naturally removed from the body by your stool, urine and the air you breathe out. If you want to get real technical, the applicator works by select herbs providing

~When I used the Ultimate Body Applicator, I noticed a small rash on my skin afterward. What would cause this?
Very rarely, some people develop a rash from the Ultimate Applicator. For those who do, it is usually caused by the detoxification process. As the Applicator detoxifies your body and you begin releasing those toxins, it can show up in your skin. Be sure to drink plenty of water to continue flushing out toxins, and the rash will diminish within a couple of days. Occasionally, someone may find they have an allergy to an ingredient that could produce a rash and this is why we always encourage new customers to consult the ingredient lists before using our products. If you have a persistent rash, we recommend that you consult your physician.
~How long do the results last from the Ultimate Body Applicator?
The
results you see from the Ultimate Body Applicator are not temporary, as you may
have experienced or heard about with many body wraps that simply cause water
